In Tensho year 13 (1585) Toyotomi Hideyoshi ordered his brother Hidenaga to build the Wakayama Castle. Soaring above the lush greenery of Torafusuyama, the white castle tower dwells in a dignified style that is suitable for the three families. About 600 cherry trees are planted there, and the "Sakura Festival" will be held from late March to early April.

An up-and-coming ramen shop that opened in 2015. The curry ramen that is the shopkeeper's pride has an exquisite mellow flavor, and can even be enjoyed by those who only eat sweeter flavored curries. It is tasty enough to make you say "delicious" as soon as you take one bite.
This curry soup is thoroughly intertwined with fine noodles and it is finished in the blink of an eye. Of course, their classic stamina ramen is full of nutrients, mainly Chinese cabbage, and also including beansprouts and carrots. It has a gentle and refreshing flavor, so please try it out. The Jinzu thermal spring in the tranquil mountain landscape is the first natural ion hot spring in the Izumiyama prefecture.
It is a magical hot spring where the color of the spring water becomes deeper or lighter according to the atmospheric pressure, tides of the sea, and the centrifugal force of the Earth.
It is said that it is very good for women because it contains components that possess permeable sterilizing properties, which is rare even in all of Japan.
Local vegetables and specialties are sold at the entrance. There is also a banquet space on the second floor.
After bathing in the hot spring, you can relax with ginger ale, a specialty of Wakayama, or coffee milk in the rest area located along the corridor.

The shark bowl is a winner with rich tonkotsu and strong soy sauce!

The super rich soup made with only water and tonkotsu has a cult following. Tsukemen is also very popular, and in the evening hours they change the shop name and serve tsukemen. The ramen made by the shopkeeper who trained at a famous ramen shop "Muteppo" is an energetic bowl of heavy soup is entwined with thick noodles. Gantare's tonkotsu broth is totally different from what is typically used in traditional Wakayama ramen restaurants, and an extra large roasted pork shoulder sits at the top and catches the eyes. This restaurant's ramen is super rich and perfect for the last stop on the ramen enjoyment course.
