The extra rich soup (made from only water and tonkotsu) has an enthusiastic following. Tsukemen (noodles dipped into broth) is also very popular. Every evening the shop changes its name and provides tsukemen for its customers.
At this famous ramen shop, the owner whips up his famous ramen with gusto and bravado, delicious rich soup and thick noodles.
It is totally different from the traditional Wakayama tonkotsu white ramen, which uses roast "chashu" pork to produce soup that looks and tastes wonderful.
