Minakata Kumagusu's real father founded this brewery in 1884. They sell their signature Daiginjo sake, and other things, at both their online shop and liquor store. In the spring they hold their yearly storehouse opening event, and they also offer tasting parties and tours of the storehouse.

This is a small sake brewery run by mother and daughter. The brands are "Rashomon," winner of the highest gold medal sake prize, and also "sake made in WAKAYAMA village," for the fact that they take pride in being a local product.
