sake Wakayamashi Sekai Itto Minakata Kumagusu's real father founded this brewery in 1884. They sell their signature Daiginjo sake, and other things, at both their online shop and liquor store. sake Katsuragicho、Katsuragicho Hatsusakura Sake Brewery In the olden days, there were 16 sake breweries on Yamato Street but the only one left standing today is the Hatsusakura Sake Brewery. Among some of the sake recommended here are sake related to Mount Koya such as "hannyato" (jargon for sake among Buddhism priests), fruit liquor, and mirin (sweet cooking rice wine).
